Christian academics, leadership development and missions are at the heart of Elias's life and ministry. His life long dream is to see each individual; he comes into contact with, know God and thereafter live to fulfill God's purposes for their lives.
I Will Find Happiness, Fulfillment, & Significance in My Life by Building It On Principles of Christ-Centeredness, Character, Competence, Charisma, Family Values, & Personal Change; So That I Can Mature Into a Faithful Husband, Loving Father, Honest Businessman, a Clear Communicator,Servant Leader, Accountable Minister, Charismatic Teacher, & Creative Writer; So That At the End of My Days, Subsequent Generations Shall Remember Me as a Person, Who Made a Difference in His Generation & Inspired Others to Make Theirs.
Elias Munshya is involved in the Vision Forum 21, which is a series of meetings that bring together young married couples for fellowship, prayer, and teachings in order to have their marriages strengthened. Several men and women of God have spoken at these meetings, including Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Siame and Bishop Chachi Chongo.
The Grace Theological College (GTC) exists to raise a generation of leaders in the Kingdom of God who are spiritually anointed, academically competent, and socially relevant to serve God in their specific fields of calling with passion, excellence and character. Rev. Elias Munshya has served at GTC since 2001 as a lecturer. In 2004 he assumed the leadership of the College as its Principal. Under the leadership of Rev. Munshya, GTC continued on its mission and several men and women were trained for Christian service. GTC graduates are effectively serving God in Zambia and other countries in Africa. GTC is a training school of Grace Ministries Mission International.
Elias is married to Liseli and they are blessed parents of two boys and a girl: Mwitumwa, Pamphyle and Kubambwa
