A CALL TO PARTNERSHIP

The creator has endowed every human being with the rare ability to lead. In addition to following, leading is one of the things that God has gifted every human being in existence today.  God told man, to “have dominion and rule.” Unfortunately, humans have compromised this important ability resulting in an artificial leadership crisis. This crisis comes not because there are no leaders, but because the leaders who God ordained have not been equipped to take up the challenge and responsibility of godly leadership. Therefore, you agree with me that true leadership is needed now in our own personal lives, our families, our organizations, our nations, and indeed in all of the society as a whole.

Elias Munshya realizes that the in-born ability and endowment to lead that God placed on the inside of man, needs to be well cultivated for it to achieve God’s purpose. Those that would be successful leaders would not only need to be born leaders but also would have to be developed and grown into leaders that God originally intended for them to become. True leaders are not products of natural endowment, or chance alone, but they are products of time and effort. They are made over a lifetime.

It is out of this burden to develop and equip men and women whom God has endowed with leadership that the program “Leadership Vision” has been developed. This program covers topics that once understood would release the most rare potential resident in our people. Topics covered include; the leader and his personal example, leadership of encouragement, leadership and character, communication, accountability, the leader and his family, etc.
Communication tools such as radio and television are powerful tools that can reach many people at any one time. They reach people that may not even come for regular conferences or even churches. These tools can be used greatly to transmit values every leader is in so much need of, hence the opening of “Leadership Vision” on Radio Choice FM, 107.8 FM, Tuesdays, 19:30-20:00 (7:30pm—8:00pm). Please make a date to listen to this program every week.
It costs to do anything worthwhile. Such a project requires not the efforts of one man. While it is true, that God has laid this burden on the heart of one man to start this broadcast, several others share in this burden for leadership development. We have an opportunity to help reform our society, to make a difference and add value to the quality of other people’s lives through this broadcast.
You can be a part of this worthwhile project by supporting it financially so that it stays on air and reaches thousands of our people. We are looking for at least 20 people that would pledge a K100, 000.00 each. A total of at least K2, 000,000.00 is needed to keep the program on air for thirteen weeks. This will include, air play charge, production and logistics. Leadership Vision being a broadcast promoting character in leaders commits itself to highest standards of transparency, accountability and discipline. Therefore, your contribution will be accounted for transparently. A team will soon be put in place to look into all the affairs of the broadcast.
